BERTRAND BEFFARA (PhD student)
Research interests. My general research interest is linked to the understanding of the interaction between different biological organization levels and of the ecological validity of laboratory-related biological features. My PhD project aims to investigate how priority signals (reward, trial history, probabilistic cues, etc) shape the brain processing that leads to a target selection in humans by using fMRI. I am also co-developing an independant open and slow science laboratory (http://slowpen.science/) within which I am investigating epistemological and methodological issues related to behavioral biology.
Competences. Integrative neuroscience, brain functional magnetic resonance imaging.
